Vendor Lookup

Any contractor's public record, on demand.

Type a company name and get its City Record history: what it has won, from which agencies, and how its job sizes are trending. The same search an underwriter or broker would run by hand, done in one query.

Matches the vendor name as published in the City Record. Entities can file under more than one spelling; matching names appear as filters below.

Methodology & definitions

What this search covers

Results come from the City Record's Recent Contract Awards dataset (qyyg-4tf5), construction categories only, 2003 to present. The query runs a case-insensitive substring match against the vendor name exactly as the awarding agency published it. SCA and MTA contracts are on separate ledgers and do not appear here.

Reading the numbers

Dollar figures are published contract values at award, including renewals and extensions of existing contracts. They are not registered contract values, change orders, or payments. One legal entity can appear under several name spellings; the filter chips above the profile let you include or exclude each variant.

A note for credit work

This is the public demand-side view of a contractor: what the City has hired it to do. It says nothing about costs, margins, bonding capacity, or performance. Treat it as one input alongside financials, not a substitute for them.
